Team Involvement and Encouragement
At Flower and Hart, we value teamwork and balance. Not only do we make sure that we work as a team in the office and focus on our work/life balance, we ensure that we take that teamwork and balance into the community and outside of the office.
We have an active social club calendar and are always looking for interesting ways to get out and about. Bowls, fun runs, cycling, Wii tournaments and of course Friday night drinks are just some ways we "pass the time" outside of work and have a bit of fun. From Partners to support staff, we all join in!
