We encourage our professional staff to undertake further formal study and continuing educational development.
Professional staff must work efficiently and effectively in the current competitive environment and budgets are set at a level which requires application to work but at the same time does not require excessively long work hours. We set reasonable targets for our staff and recognise the importance of maintaining a healthy work / life balance.
